3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, WiFi, parking on the plot, garden, private pool, barbecue and dining area under the porch to enjoy unforgettable holidays by the sea.

Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binisafua is a residential area located in a privileged place, just 800 meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca and only 600 meters from Binisafua beach. Despite touching the sea, this area moves away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts allowing its guests a relaxing holiday. In spite of them, it has the advantage of the proximity of restaurants or supermarkets.

  • This was a nice place to stay and very spacious. The photos were evidently taken some time ago, as some aspects of the Villa were quite tired and need some attention by the owner. Cleanliness was ok – sheets were spotless, kitchen was clean, but there was a lot of dust and loads of ants (dead and alive) that 3Villas helped us with.

  • Fantastic week spent at this villa. Located in a great location, nice and quiet surroundings and clean and tidy with local amenities. Would definitely book here again!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Abril. The house is really clean, in a great location for getting out to the cities and beaches, a lovely and private garden, big pool, and wonderful seating outside. While it was in the flight path, the noise did not bother us. Communication was great with the hosts. They left a nice care package for us of some local treats and a store isn’t far to pick up some of the essentials. Plenty of towels available and a nice hot shower.
