Positive: Nice and private and only very mildly over looked by neighbouring properties.
Very peaceful and the pool area gets the sun for a long period of the day.
Negative: Only a few small things to improve the stay would of been to have some coffee and sugar available on arrival some extra toilet rolls.
BBQ was a great addition to the pool area but an extra base mesh grill to sit the coals on would help to allow some airflow to get the coals lit. All very minor details that didn’t obviously impact our very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful, peaceful time in the villa. We stayed for 10 days and none of us wanted to leave. We were a party of six and it was just the right size for us, and the pool was a delight. We had plenty of BBQs and spent lot of time on the terrace.
The location is perfect, very quiet and secluded. There’s lots of vegetation screening you from the neighbours, so you’re not overlooked.
The AC is only in the living room but we didn’t have a problem with keeping cool in the bedrooms, overall the temperature was very stable in the villa.
The bins are located down by the main thoroughfare of restaurants/shops in Son Parc. It took us some time to find those, but it was no problem running the rubbish down in the car every few days.
The company were very helpful with our checkin process and the tourist admin at Menorca. Note that your rep might have one or two days off a week, but you can reach the main office if you need them.

Very pleasant family holiday – would definitely book again
Positive: Well provisioned air-conditioned villa in a quiet area. Decent sized pool and patio for sunbathing (with 6 sun beds) which was secluded and not overlooked by other properties.
Negative: Although the central living area is air conditioned the bedrooms are not, so sleeping could be uncomfortable in very hot weather.

A great villa, would highly recommend. The Villa was extremely clean and all the facilities were great. We stayed there with our two young children and my husband’s parents and the layout of the Villa suited that perfectly with grandparents in two rooms one side, and us and the children in the two rooms the other side. The pool is lovely and the children loved it – my 6 year old could stand up in the shallow end and the steps in were helpful. There are a lot of steps from the Villa down to the pool but not at all slippy and we had no accidents. A hand rail may be helpful though. The Villa kitchen has everything you need for cooking etc and loads of glasses, utensils etc. The air con is only in the main living area but with windows open a little in the bedrooms, it didn’t get too hot. The Wifi is okay in most of the Villa although did drop out a few times each day. Beds were comfortable although it would be handy to have extra pillows (I normally have two so used blankets as my ‘second’!). The smart TV was really helpful for some chill time for the children. It’s great to have a table outside and we ate out there every day. There is also a BBQ for use.

In terms of location, it’s lovely and quiet. We did have to drive to the beach and to restaurants etc as it would be too far for our 3 year old and one of the grandparents (with a bad back) to walk. That was a shame as we’d had the impression that one could walk to a restaurant from the villa but it wasn’t a huge issue. There are a few places to eat in Son Parc but the quality of food was definitely better in other towns.

The Welcome Pack is a nice touch and check in was really easy. We contacted 3 Villas once to ask advice on where to go on check out day (we had a very late flight) and had a great suggestion from Carmen that came back really quickly.

Overall, a great stay in a lovely villa and all guests (aged 3 to 77) had a brilliant time!
