Positive: La villa est grande pour 5 personnes. Le jardin est très appréciable avec la terrasse et une douche à l'extérieur. On peut rentrer la voiture dans le jardin avec un portail électrique. Le quartier est calme.
Negative: Le prix , mais c'est dans la moyenne de Minorque car les logements sont chers sur l'île. -

Positive: The location was perfect. Very close to marina and restaurants. The villa was clean and reasonably comfortable. The gardens were lovely and very secure and private.
Negative: There wasn't enough hot water to complete a shower. The kettle blew the trip switch on day 2. The owner took it away but didn't replace it. Samm, my rep, delivered one on the 4th day for me.
