We stayed here with two other couples, so 6 adults in total. The setting and outlook are very lovely and just what we wanted – I know the island well and was looking for somewhere quiet but fairly central and this worked perfectly for us, and we had some great day trips to beaches, restaurants and towns not too far away. The check-in/check-out process was smooth.
The building is old with lots of character and the photos are reasonably accurate, but the facilities felt a bit run-down in parts. For example: Quite a few indoor and outdoor lights weren’t working properly, or were on timers we couldn’t figure out. One of the two poolside sun umbrellas and bases were broken, the iron didn’t work, and the drains in the bathroom occasionally smelled.
Two bedrooms had aircon, the others had fans, but the house was fairly cool even in the middle of August, so we were all comfortable. There were also plenty of towels (beach and bath) and some beach umbrellas, the pool was clean, there is a BBQ excellent for big group meals.
Overall good value for a large group of adults, but extra care could be taken to make sure the facilities are properly maintained, and the house could definitely do with some modernisations, particularly insect nets on the doors and windows as there were a lot of flies around when we were there, which became annoying in the kitchen particularly.

Lovely stay, beautiful location and home! Only comment would be was that they were missing a few staples missing (hand soap, cooking essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil) but overall a lovely place for a vacation. Also, communication with owner was great and very much appreciated when minor issues came up. Highly recommend Menorca and this home which is a great set up for a big group!
