We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Although are several apartments for rent which are practically identical and all with incredible seaview. apartments are randomly assigned due to availability. Some are located on the ground floor (1.5 metres above ground level) and first floor. All have sea views from the terrace.

Punta Prima is one of the most demanded tourist areas of Menorca. The proximity of the entire urbanization to the beach, all the facilities and amenities are some of the reasons why many of the visitors choose this area to enjoy an incredible vacation.
