Positive: Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage.
Betreuung war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Negative: Wer Ruhe und Erholung /Entspannung sucht, ist hier am falschen Ort.
Sehr viele Familien mit Kindern, für die das Wort
Rücksicht ein Fremdwort zu sein scheint.
Selbst um 22 Uhr herrschte noch Geschrei im Pool.
Es fehlt eine Person die sich um die Einhaltung der Regeln kümmert.

Perfect apartment in a chilled location
Positive: Fabulous quiet location by the lighthouse. Just 10 mins walk from the marina where many good bars and restaurants are.
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well decorated and opens directly to the well kept community gardens and pool.
Perfect for a chilled relaxed holiday. Highly recommended 😊

Le logement est conforme à sa description.
Tout le parcours d’enregistrement s’est fait en ligne et les intermédiaires ont toujours été réactifs et ont répondu à nos mails très rapidement.
Nous n’avons pas bien compris comment fonctionnait la gestion de l’appartement, mais tout s’est déroulé sans aucun problème avec nos interlocuteurs.
Les parties communes extérieures sont entretenues remarquablement bien, c’est assez impressionnant, pas une mauvaise herbe ne dépasse.
La piscine est très propre, des jeunes y était en ce début du mois de mai.
Nous n’avons pas eu accès à la télévision car aucune chaine de disponible. Nous avions un compte Netflix et avons utilisé ce compte pour le soir, nous espérons que le sujet sera résolus pour les suivants.
Pas de minimum pour la cuisine, huile, vinaigre, liquide vaisselle, épices. Nous avons tout racheté et en avons laissé une partie en partant. Pourquoi ne pas laisser en communauté ces types de produits qui dépannent ? C’est fini le COVID !!!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben gut gelegen und verfügt über einen Pool sowie eine große Küche. Alles in allem ist es eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, wenn auch leider das vermeintlich vorhandene Internet nicht wirklich funktionierte und auch der Fernseher, selbst nach Rückfrage, nicht funktionierte. Für jemanden, der nicht arbeiten muss, ist die Location ideal, man kann dort wirklich gut runterkommen und es fehlt einem an nichts. Das Personal von 3Villas ist super nett und kommunikativ und absolut hilfsbereit, man hat sich bemüht auf alle Anfragen entsprechend zu reagieren. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen, auch wieder in der Vorsaison, da Menorca in dieser Zeit ein absolutes Juwel der Entspannung ist!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and the little welcome package of wine, meat etc was a lovely and unexpected touch! The property itself is perfect for what we wanted and the pool and garden area around the grounds of the complex were incredible.

Shops and restaurants all just a short walk away and to be able to walk a few steps out of the front door and find yourself sat on the edge of the cliffs overlooking the sea was amazing. All in all we had a brilliant stay here and would definitely recommend it!
